Pastor Steven has always been a figure in my church life and had became a figure in my personal life when christened my daughter Milan. Steven is a mild mannered guy, and just easy to be around. Houston once again BossLife had an amazing event. Rico’s exact words were "We have to make it bigger and better every year!". Well the only way they can one up this year’s event is by giving me an award, or having it on the moon, because the decorand atmosphere were out of this world. Deronica Horn the CEO of Lasting Empressions did an amazing job bringing this all together. The Corinthian is one of Houston premiere event venues boasting tons of square footage in the heart of downtown. The staff is great and the venue has a very upscale feel to it. The ice sculptures provided by Ice Occasions brought an elegance to the event, and GFX killed it with the uplighting and the batman like BossLife light on the outside of the Corinthian was a great touch. The BossLife center piece on the floor was the icing on the cake, I have never personally seen one that was in the shape of a circle. Lace Vinyl did an awesome job with it. Beanz and Cornbread provided a nice and easy sound that you could groove to between Dj Duffey spinning new tracks.

Chris and his awesome family gave me the chance to work with them this Holiday season. Amber ,Chris's wife, did an amazing juggling all three of the kiddos meanwhile keeping a smile. Isabella the oldest has a confident spirit and knew exactly what to do to make her younger brothers smile. Matthew aka the guy in the middle was a blast, to be three that guy had a lot of one liners and his sweater was pretty neat. I actually looked for the sweater in an adult size to no prevail. Ender, the little guy, would smile on a drop of a dime and he had such a lay-backed demeanor about him.

Every now and then, things happen fast. Really fast. The energy’s right. The vibe is right. Things almost seem to be too good to be true, and because of that you almost hesitate to appreciate it because you’re waiting for the catch.
That was me, Chelsea Coffey, Life and Style Blogger for my blog TheCoffeyBreak.com, about two weeks ago. I attended my friend’s Aces of Taste event and happened to run into a stylist friend of mine, Feyi Omodele, on the way into the brunch. She mentioned that she was in a neighboring studio working with her photographer friend, Fred, and that I should come by to check it out.
