I had the chance to work with this amazing couple, who met in medical school and now both medical doctors. Clayton and Nikeisha look great together but their love is far deeper than skin deep. Nikeisha was excited to claim her groom and gladly embraced her husbands culture even though she has her own, which is Jamaican. Clayton is the son of a very influential figure in the Houston Igbo community, so that set the stage for a very grand and exciting night.
The day began at the Marriott in Sugar Lan Town Square, and let me tell you that hotel is beautiful so I had to implement it into the wedding. Nikeisha and her ladies were a riot, joke after joke. I made sure to add an image of one of her friends goofing off. The gentlemen were at hotel Derek getting ready and they were a blast as well. Clayton and his brothers took a great portrait against this green couch. Mike Anthony did an amazing job with the groomsmen. Both these hotels are a photographers play ground!
We left from there and went a traditional Catholic church and the ceremony one along smoothly. Now lets talk about this reception, Doyin of Doyin Fash out did herself once again. Some how she accommodated at least 750 people, to be honest there had to be 1000 plus people there, the place was packed wall to wall and everyone was fed, which was even more amazing task on its own. The decor was elegant and the venue was dressed to a tea. This was a fun wedding to work and the images came out amazing, but hey don't take my word for it.
